In Weffic, Settings › About › Write to us opens a mail with your version already in its subject. It helps to say what you did, what you expected, and what happened.

Before you write

Which iPhones does it run on?

iPhone, with iOS 26 or later. Weffic is in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian.

Does it connect to my bank?

No. Weffic never asks for a bank login. You enter what you spend or bring a file in. With Weffic Plus, Weffic also reads your receipts and takes in what you pay with Apple Pay.

How do I bring my history in?

Settings › Import & backup › Import a file reads a CSV or Excel file from another app or a spreadsheet. You look the rows over before anything is saved.

How do I move to a new iPhone?

On the old iPhone, Settings › Import & backup › Save a copy now makes one file that holds everything. Save it somewhere the new iPhone can reach, such as iCloud Drive. On the new iPhone, open that file from Files, Mail or AirDrop and Weffic offers to restore it. With Weffic Plus, a copy is already in your iCloud, and Weffic offers it the first time it opens on the new iPhone.

A figure differs from my bank's

Weffic's figures are what you entered, and arithmetic on it. Exchange rates come from a free public service and can differ from the rate your bank used. Settings › Currency › Update rates now fetches the latest. See what Weffic isn't.

How do I start again from nothing?

Settings › Import & backup › Start over deletes your transactions, accounts, holdings, contacts and repeating transactions. Your categories stay. Save a copy first if you might want any of it back.

What happens to what I enter?

It stays on your iPhone. The privacy policy says what little leaves it.

Weffic Plus

What does Weffic Plus add?

Three things that save typing. Weffic reads a receipt on your iPhone and files each line under its own category. Apple Pay payments appear in Pending, ready to confirm. A copy of everything goes to your own iCloud each day something changes. Everything you enter by hand stays free.

What does it cost?

Weffic Plus is monthly or yearly, and the App Store shows its price in your currency. New subscribers get the first month free. Settings › Weffic Plus shows both plans.

How do I cancel?

Plus renews by itself. To stop it, turn it off at least a day before the period ends, in Settings › Weffic Plus › Manage subscription or in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.

What stays if I stop?

Everything you entered, the receipts Weffic read and the payments it took in stay yours. Weffic stops reading new receipts, taking in Apple Pay payments and saving new copies to iCloud. The copies already there stay.

Does Plus come with me to a new iPhone?

Yes. Plus belongs to your Apple Account, so a new iPhone signed in with the same account has it. If it doesn't show, Settings › Weffic Plus › Restore asks the App Store again.

How does Apple Pay work in Weffic?

Weffic can't read Wallet by itself. A Shortcuts automation hands each Apple Pay payment to Weffic, and Settings › Apple Pay walks you through setting it up once. A payment appears in Pending in Transactions and counts only once you confirm it. Weffic never sees your card number.
